Hybrid learning has emerged as a powerful method of educating students in the post-pandemic era. However, teachers often face a lack of support and resources for navigating these new environments. A recent shocking survey shows that 55% of teachers are considering leaving their professions. Other resources have focused on the importance of maximizing the usage of video, which has become the mainstay of hybrid teaching. Aside from the obvious technological emphasis, teacher PD training must also provide opportunities for self-reflection, personalized feedback, and a focus on mind-body wellness.
